[Piwik-hackers] new feature: automatic login via URL

This solution will actually log you into Piwik (creating the cookie, 
etc.) so no need to propagate the token_auth on all the requests.
By the way, token_auth will soon be deprecated for use outside of the 
API (this is a non desirable feature)
