[Piwik-hackers] Piwik reaching Piwik resource limits

Hello,

This is my first post to this list although I have been using Piwik
for months now.  As my website is getting more popular, Piwik is
taking longer to calculate my statistics.  For example, when I try to
see how many unique users I had last month, I exceed php's
"max_execution_time" and "memory_limit".  I have my memory limit set
to 128MB and my execution time set to 30s.  I can bump these values
up, although I prefer not to.

Is there any way to get Piwik to perform more efficiently?  What are
the recommended execution time and memory settings?
