[Piwik-hackers] Installation questions

Hi, I am a new Piwik user/admin.

After installing it one month ago following instructions, I removed it from
my web pages after seeing piwik in the footer (I can give you a link in
another part of our site).

So, basically I have two questions:
 i) How I re-enable it in my site? I think this instructions were only in
the installation phase? Basically I just need the plain & easy html or php
code to use it.
ii) How I disable the piwik link in the footer?
