 CHANGES:
  * setlocale(LC_TIME, ...) in main translation file in order to support
 strftime
  * new Piwik_Date->getLocalzied() method
  * i18n of calendar & period chooser

 TODO:
  * menu names

  * graph labels (i.e. number of pages, visit duration in Frequency &
 Loyalty)
