Old description:

New description:

 "I know that you can look at the timeline to see recent changes, but it
 would be nice if each release contained a changelog file so you could
 easily tell what has changed in that version."

 How do we generate this changelog? From the SVN logs + allow manual
 editing?

 Or we can setup versioning in TRAC and copy paste the changelog from the
 list of fixed tickets for the new version.

 Other idea?
