 Same thing here, i installed 0.2.7 with no modifications on a dedicated
 managed server via 1and1 and i get the same:

 "You are logged in as but it seems you don't have any permission set in
 Piwik. Ask your Piwik administrator to give you 'view' access to a
 website."

 i guess i should also note that i had to upload an htaccess file including
 the following text "AddType x-mapp-php5 .php" to make the installation go
 through.

 i have little knowledge of webservers/php, but like the looks of piwik,
 can anyone help me?
