 This task includes:
  * research on how other open source projects handle their marketing
  * do we need someone in the team to help with marketing?
  * what can be done (build a todo list)
  * build a "How can you help Piwik?" page that lists ideas that could be
 done to improve Piwik Public relations / communication / marketing in
 general.
